Hi there and welcome to my blog. Today, I am featuring a beautiful and large background stamp with a stone fireplace with rustic coloring. This card was made with Unity Stamp Co. rubber stamps, a die-cut arch and Copic markers. It is filled with luscious detail and a peaceful indoor scene. This works for seasonal occasions like Thanksgiving, Christmas, the winter holidays or just because. I featured the beautiful rubber stamp Background of the month for December 2025 called Stone & Spark. The sentiment is from the stamp set Where Treetops Listen. The full supply list is below.

Helpful Tips:

1.     Cut and score a card base from kraft color cardstock 4 ¼” x 5 ½”.

2.     Stamp the Stone & Spark scene onto white cardstock using black marker-friendly ink.

3.     Stamp the sentiment onto kraft cardstock.

4.     Die-cut or trim the sentiment.

5.     Die-cut the scene using an arch die.

6.     Color with your favorite markers in rustic colors.  I used Copic markers in brown, rust, orange and peach shades.

7.     Adhere the arch scene to the card base.

8. Center and adhere the sentiment, then embellish it with dots or gems.
