Happy Birthday Funny Chicken Sunburst Card

Hello and welcome to my blog. Today, I am sharing a happy birthday funny chicken card with a sunburst background. I added colorful Copic marker coloring. This was quick and easy to make. See the details below. This is also up on the Unity blog today. The supplies are also linked below.

Helpful Tips:

1. Prepare a white A2 sized card base, 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" folded.

2. Onto smooth white cardstock, stamp the chicken and the sentiment using black ink suitable for your markers of choice.

3. Color the chicken with markers. I used Copic markers.

4. Fussy cut (cut out) the chicken with scissors.

5. Die-cut or hand trim the sentiment into a banner shape.

6. Die-cut the happy birthday sentiment.

7. Stamp a sunburst background onto smooth white cardstock.

8. Die-cut the sunburst cardstock panel using the largest of the deckle & stitches nesting dies.

9. Adhere the sunburst layer, the chicken, the sentiments and a tiny heart to the card front using flat or foam double-sided adhesive.
