Emboss and stencil backgrounds + adorable dog & panda bear cuts

Hello and welcome to my blog. Today, I am serving up some cuteness. I am showing how to create simple cards using emboss and stencil backgrounds. Also, you will see adorable dog and panda bear die-cut icons to go perfectly with these card themes. Some of the techniques include ink blending and die-cutting, 3D embossing. I use products from the Simon Hurley Sending Love Collection. I included the project supplies and a video below of the assembly. Of course, you can always use what you have to make cute emboss then ink cards.

Helpful Tips:
Precut and score two vertical card bases from white Colorwheel cardstock.
Die-cut the dog and panda pieces, ink blend them and assemble each using dies from Birthday Bear Dies and Darling Dog dies.
Diecut or trim two large background panels 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" using Rectangle dies.
Die-cut two oval panels using coordinating cardstock colors and Scallop Oval dies.
Dry emboss the two oval panels using the Hearts 3D Embossing Folder.
Stencil over the embossed hearts in coordinating colors using the layered hearts stencils.
Layer and adhere the two different sets of icons, sentiments and backgrounds to the two prepared card fronts.
First, here is a look at the loveable dog card.
Sentiment: I love you.
Next, have a look at the fun panda bear.
Sentiment: Happy Birthday.
