Be Mine Bunny Heart Valentine Card ~ Stencil, Copic Markers, patterned paper

This is a sweet bunny Valentine's Day handmade card.

Welcome to my blog, Gaylynn here. It is that time of year to make Valentine's Day greeting cards. Today's project is a Be Mine Bunny Heart Valentine Card. I used rubber stamping, Copic marker coloring, a stencil and patterned paper to make this card. The featured products are from Unity Stamp Company. I included the project supplies and a short video tutorial of the assembly. As always, use what you have on hand to make something similar.

Helpful Tips:

  1. Precut and score an A2 sized white card base 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" folded vertically.

  2. Die-cut rectangle layering pieces from white cardstock and patterned paper using nesting Rectangle Dies.

  3. Stamp the bunny with the sentiment, towards the left of the white panel using black marker-friendly black ink.

  4. Color the bunny using your favorite markers. I used Copic markers for color in light and dark red, tan and brown hues.

  5. Add small red hearts stencil blending above and to the right of the bunny.

  6. Layer and adhere the panels to the card front using flat and foam double-sided tape or glue.
