Your item(s) will ship usually via Standard USPS, UPS or Fed Ex. Low standard shipping charges are calculated automatically. Expedited shipping is available upon request and additional fees will apply (Please contact us first if you need this option.). At this time, we only ship to addresses within the U.S. Return, store credit or refund policy: Do you have one? TOP
We are confident that you will be satisfied with your purchase. If, however, you are not satisfied, we have a return/exchange policy. Items can be returned for a refund or store credit. Items must be returned in the original new condition with all original packaging and documentation within 7 business days from your receipt of the merchandise. Payments must be received within 5 business days from checkout. At this time, we accept VISA, MC & Discover. We also accept Paypal payments if you prefer. Money orders by mail are also accepted. Why give a handmade card? TOP
How often have you been to events like birthday parties where you see more than one of the same exact card as the one you are giving? Chances are that it came from the same "very best" card store. Our cards are unique and not mass produced. When you give a card by Neatthings-Boutique.com, rest assured there won't be a duplicate. Our designs change regularly and are sold in limited quantities. These are keepsake quality cards crafted with care. Time is taken to create special pieces for your friends and loved ones that are sure to get you complements. Give a card that will get noticed and will be kept as a treasured work of art, fit for framing. May I order more than the quantity available? TOP
Please contact us for order requests outside the available quantity. We will do our best to honor requests. Also, please tell us if there are particular items you would like added to our inventory. Can you personalize my card for me? TOP
Our handmade cards are blank inside for you to add your own sentiment. If you would like individual cards personalized inside or a custom card made, please contact us. We would like to work with you. Also, upon request, we would be happy to change the sentiment that is pictured to one you would prefer for that design. (Example: You might like the design on the card pictured but instead of Happy Birthday, you prefer it to read Congratulations, etc.) Why do you make handcrafted cards? TOP
For years I have made cards by hand for family and friends for birthdays, holidays, anniversaries and special occasions. It is a joy to me to see how well they are received. The recipient feels special knowing care and time was taken to create something just for them. The complements I get fuel my passion. My goal is to share my craft with you and yours. What products are used when making your cards? TOP
We use quality products from a wide variety of manufacturers. Paper punches, cardstock, printed scrapbook paper, ribbon, buttons, fonts, embellishments, die cuts, paper cutters, graphics, adhesives, a printer, ink, stamps, envelopes and packaging are some of our ingredients. Martha Stewart Crafts, EK Success, Making Memories, Slice, K & Company, Paper Shapers, Photoshop and other beloved manufacturers' tools, scrapbook and craft products are used to create our card and craft designs. Many of the products used are also sold here. Creating your own handmade greeting cards & scrapbooking with the help of the wonderful tools and supplies we carry is easy and fun. Finished handmade cards are available for purchase in limited quantities. We take requests and custom orders. Are card designs duplicated exactly if ordering multiples? TOP
We do not mass produce. We try hard to make each item listed the same or similar to the one pictured for the listed quantity. There may be some differences such as exact measurements of each embellishment, cut paper or ribbon etc. The decorative paper cuts may vary slightly but are from the same or similar supply. Generally for the listed quantity available, they are very similar. When requesting an item over the quantity available or out of stock, contact with us is necessary to establish ingredient availability. What scrapbooking and paper craft products do you carry? TOP
We currently carry paper craft products from Making Memories, Slice, EK Success, Martha Stewart Crafts, K and Company, Karen Foster Design and others. We have designer scrapbook paper, punches, ribbon and Slice tools & accessories. Items are added frequently. We want to be your source for paper crafting and scrapbooking supplies.
