Shipping: How does it work? TOP
Your item(s) will ship usually via USPS. Expedited shipping is available. In the shopping cart, choose your shipping option. Shipping is FREE with purchases totaling $50 or more and will be calculated at checkout. At this time, we only ship to addresses within the U.S.
Return, store credit or refund policy: Do you have one? TOP
We are confident that you will be satisfied with your purchase. If, however, you are not satisfied, we have a return/exchange policy. Items can be returned for a refund or store credit. Items must be returned in the original new condition with all original packaging and documentation within 7 business days from your receipt of the merchandise. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Payments: How do I pay? TOP
Payments must be received within 5 business days from checkout. At this time, we accept credit card payments and direct cash payments via Paypal.
In the shopping cart, you will be directed to pay with credit card via Paypal. A Paypal account is not necessary for credit card payments. Simply choose "Do not have Paypal Account" to continue and pay as a guest. Once payment is processed, you will be directed back to our website shopping cart to finalize your purchase.
Why give a handmade card? TOP
How often have you been to events like birthday parties where you see more than one of the same exact card as the one you are giving? Our cards are unique and not mass produced. When you give a card by us, rest assured there won't be a duplicate. Our designs change regularly and are sold in limited quantities. These are keepsake quality cards crafted with care. Time is taken to create special pieces for your friends and loved ones that are sure to get you complements.
May I order more than the quantity available? TOP
Please contact us for order requests outside the available quantity. We will do our best to honor requests. Also, please tell us if there are particular items you would like added to our inventory.
Can you personalize my card for me? TOP
If you would like individual cards personalized or a custom card made, please contact us. We would like to work with you. Also, upon request, we would be happy to change the sentiment that is pictured to one you would prefer for that design. (Example: You might like the design on the card pictured but instead of Happy Birthday, you prefer it to read Congratulations or add a name, etc.)
Why do you make handcrafted cards? TOP
For years I have made cards by hand for family and friends for birthdays, holidays, anniversaries and special occasions. It is a joy to me to see how well they are received. The recipient feels special knowing care and time was taken to create something just for them. My goal is to share my craft with you and yours.
What products are used when making your cards? TOP
We use quality products from a wide variety of manufacturers. Each listing includes the tools used. Many of the products used in the creation of the design are also sold here. Finished handmade cards are available for purchase in limited quantities. We take requests and custom orders.
Are card designs duplicated exactly if ordering multiples? TOP
We do not mass produce. We try hard to make each item listed the same or similar to the one pictured. There may be some differences such as exact measurements of each embellishment, cut paper or ribbon etc. The decorative paper cuts may vary slightly but are from the same or similar supply.

Images: Are product images the actual product size? TOP
Website images are not the actual size of the items. Images may appear larger, smaller, darker or lighter than the actual item, depending on screen settings etc. Please refer to each product description for item details.
